Terms of Service

The rules for using QuantumPools. Short version: you control your wallet, the numbers you see are estimates, and providing liquidity can lose money.

Effective October 8, 2026 Last updated October 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QuantumPools websites, apps, smart contracts, keepers, and related services (together, the “Services”), including quantumpools.io, app.quantumpools.io, the QuantumPools Xaman xApp, and any wallet or directory listing that links here.

QuantumPools is owner-operated by Sky (Andrew), based in Houston, Texas, USA. Contact: admin@quantumpools.io. X: @QuantumPoolsIO. Source: github.com/Kittrian/QuantumPools.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance

You accept these Terms by browsing the sites, connecting a wallet, signing a message or transaction, depositing into a vault, using analytics or bookkeeping features, or otherwise using the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).

You may not use the Services if you are located in, organized in, or a resident of a jurisdiction that is subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a U.S., EU, UN, or other applicable sanctions or restricted-party list. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including securities, commodities, tax, and crypto-asset rules in your jurisdiction. QuantumPools does not offer the Services where doing so would be unlawful.

3. Non-custodial — your wallet, your responsibility

We never ask for, store, or hold your private keys or seed phrases.

You interact through your own wallet (browser extension, mobile wallet, WalletConnect/Reown, Xaman, Crossmark, GemWallet, or similar) and you review and sign every transaction yourself.

  • Analytics, bookkeeping, and portfolio metrics are informational. Connecting a wallet or pasting a public address to view positions does not transfer custody of your assets to QuantumPools.
  • XRPL AMM liquidity tools build unsigned transactions; your XRPL wallet signs and submits them. QuantumPools does not submit transactions on your behalf with your secret.
  • On-chain vaults (QuantumVault / QuantumVaultV2): when you deposit, your assets and the resulting Uniswap or PancakeSwap V3 (or similar) position NFT are held by the smart contract, not by a human wallet controlled by QuantumPools operators. Withdrawals are designed so that only your wallet can withdraw your position, and withdrawals are intended to remain available even if other vault functions are paused. That design does not eliminate smart-contract, oracle, chain, or third-party protocol risk (see §6).

You are solely responsible for securing your devices and wallets, reviewing every signature prompt, using official URLs (quantumpools.io and app.quantumpools.io), and any loss from phishing, malware, compromised keys, the wrong network, or a mistaken transaction. QuantumPools cannot reverse blockchain transactions.

4. What the Services are

QuantumPools provides experimental software for concentrated-liquidity providers, including:

  1. Portfolio metrics and bookkeeping across supported EVM chains and Solana (and related venues such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Aerodrome, Raydium, Orca, and others as listed in the app), including fees, impermanent loss, and metrics such as Cover Value.
  2. Non-custodial XRPL AMM liquidity management (deposit, withdraw, trust lines) through your connected XRPL wallet, including Xaman sign-in.
  3. Managed vault contracts on supported chains (including Robinhood Chain, chain ID 4663), with optional keeper automation (“Snuggle”: rebalance, harvest, compound) subject to your on-chain settings and vault configuration.
  4. Tools such as pool scanning, docs, articles, and profile or referral features as offered from time to time.
Informational only — not advice.

Cover Value, P&L, APR, fee estimates, backtests, illustrations, and any “suggested” ranges or strategies are estimates. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing on QuantumPools is an offer to buy or sell any security, commodity, or other regulated product. Providing liquidity can lose money, including your entire deposit. Past or illustrated performance is not a promise of future results.

QuantumPools does not issue a QuantumPools token as part of these Services.

Features, venues, and chains may be added, changed, paused, or removed. Some vaults or deposit paths may be on hold or unavailable; the status shown in the app controls what you can do.

5. Fees (vault performance fee)

For positions managed through QuantumPools vault contracts:

  • A performance fee is charged on harvested (collected) trading fees only, never on your deposit principal.
  • The published default rate is 15% (1,500 basis points) of those collected trading fees, subject to on-chain configuration and caps. Copy-trading or similar features, if enabled, may use a higher rate as disclosed in the product (for example up to 25% of fees on copied positions).
  • Fee parameters are controlled through on-chain governance (see §6). Increases and other owner actions are intended to follow the timelock delay so they are visible on-chain before they take effect.
  • Network (“gas”) fees on deposits, withdrawals, manual actions, and XRPL reserves and fees are yours. Automatic keeper snuggles are described in the product as gas-paid by the keeper where applicable; that is an operational convenience, not a guarantee against all costs or failures.

Referral programs, if offered, work as described in the app (currently: a lower performance fee for the referrer per qualifying friend, and a share routed from QuantumPools’ fee on each referred friend) — never an extra charge on top of your friend’s fee or deposit. Qualification rules (such as an open position of a minimum size, rechecked over time, and anti-abuse checks) and program terms can change.

6. Vaults, smart contracts, keepers, and third-party risk

You understand and accept that DeFi and blockchain use involve substantial risk of loss, including total loss. Risks include, without limitation:

  • Impermanent loss and underperformance versus simply holding the tokens
  • Range exits — an out-of-range position earns no fees until it is re-entered or snuggled
  • Depegs, oracle errors, and bad price data
  • Smart contract bugs, economic exploits, or unexpected behavior in QuantumPools contracts or their dependencies
  • Chain, RPC, or indexer outages, congestion, reorgs, or forks
  • Third-party protocols and apps, including Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Aerodrome, Raydium, Orca, Meteora, XRPL AMM (XLS-30), Xaman, Safe{Wallet}, WalletConnect/Reown, bridges, oracles, and RPC or data providers
  • Keeper or bot failure or delay — automation may miss windows, fail, or be paused
  • Admin and governance actions through the timelock and multisig

Governance disclosure (Robinhood Chain vaults as of the Effective Date): live QuantumVaultV2-style vaults are owned by an OpenZeppelin TimelockController with an approximately 48-hour delay, controlled by a 2-of-2 Safe multisig. Owner actions (fees, pools, keepers, pausing snuggle paths, and similar) generally must be proposed and wait out the timelock. Audits (for example Hashlock) reduce but do not eliminate risk. The code is experimental. Do your own research and never deposit funds you cannot afford to lose.

7. Xaman, the xApp, and other third-party terms

If you access QuantumPools through Xaman (formerly XUMM) or any other wallet, browser, Safe App, or directory, you also remain bound by that third party’s terms and privacy policy. QuantumPools is not responsible for Xaman, XRPL Labs, wallet vendors, Safe, Reown/WalletConnect, app stores, or directory operators. Signing in with Xaman uses Xaman’s OAuth2 and SDK flows; QuantumPools does not receive your Xaman master password or XRPL secret.

8. No warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not warrant that estimates (including Cover Value or P&L) are correct, that keepers will act, that contracts are free of bugs, or that the Services will meet your needs.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUMPOOLS, SKY (ANDREW), AND THEIR AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO QUANTUMPOOLS (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuantumPools, Sky (Andrew), and their affiliates, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your wallets or transactions, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or sanctions regime
  • Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or other illicit activity
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users, or underlying infrastructure
  • Probe or exploit smart contracts or infrastructure except through good-faith coordinated disclosure to admin@quantumpools.io with SECURITY in the subject line (see also /.well-known/security.txt)
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or scrape or overload the Services in a way that harms availability (reasonable automated use for personal tools is fine if it does not abuse rate limits)
  • Use the Services if you are not eligible under §2

12. Intellectual property and open source

The QuantumPools name, logos, site design, and proprietary content are owned by Sky / QuantumPools or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Portions of the software are or may be released under open-source licenses on GitHub. Open-source components are governed by their own licenses. Feedback you send may be used without obligation to you.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top and, where practical, a notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or stop offering all or part of the Services at any time. You may stop using the Services at any time. On-chain positions remain governed by the smart contracts and the network; off-chain accounts and sessions may be deleted or expire as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive (including §§6–12 and 14–15) survive termination.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally lies in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there — except where applicable law requires otherwise (for example, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence).
